Mr. Gravlin is an experienced trial attorney who has tried numerous personal injury and workers compensation cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs and workers. He is a former Prosecutor who has the added benefit of having represented defendants and insurance companies in both workers compensation and personal injury cases. Due to this experience, Mr. Gravlin understands firsthand how defendants and insurance companies think and uses that insight to get the best results for his clients. Mr. Gravlin is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the DePaul University College of Law and a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
Since his admission to practice in both the state of Illinois and the 7th Circuit Federal Court Mr. Gravlin has:
- Collected millions of dollars on behalf of injured plaintiffs and workers by trial, arbitration and settlement;
- Successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict on behalf of Plaintiffs;
- Successfully tried numerous Workers Compensation cases on behalf of Workers;
- Appeared before the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission for reviews of Arbitrator’s decisions;
- Appeared before the Illinois Appellate Court;
- Appeared in Federal Court;
- Arbitrated numerous cases before the American Arbitration Association;
- Obtained numerous criminal convictions for the People of the State of Illinois.
